New Interest Rate Risk Monitor 3.8

A new version of the Interest Rate Risk Monitor (IRRM) has been released.  This version (3.8) can be downloaded by logging into "My Portfolio" and scroll down to the IRRM section.

Please download and read the "IRRM Release Letter".  This document will describe what's new and will provide the necessary installation procedures.
