Experienced Bank and Credit Union Sales Position
The Baker Group is expanding its institutional sales team to support our growing base of bank and credit union clients. We are seeking experienced sales professionals with established relationships in the banking and credit union sectors. This role focuses on fixed income brokerage and advisory services, including asset/liability management, investment portfolio strategy, and loan sales.
Job Requirement
- Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience
- Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Requires extensive travel during the first five years
- Some requirements may be flexible for the right candidate

Account Executive Sales Position - Long Island, NY
The Baker Group, continuing its expansion, is seeking sales professionals that have strong relationships with credit unions, municipalities, and banks for positions in our Long Island office. This person will build relationships and cover financial institutions in the areas of asset/liability and fixed income portfolio management as well as loan trading and wholesale funding. Candidates will have the unique opportunity to operate in a regional office with several business unit leaders in strategy, underwriting and loan trading.
Job Requirement
- Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience
- SIE Required
- Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Substantial travel is required during the first five years
